Terms of Service

The Mars Trail is a game. You get a license to play the copy you downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You do not get the name, the art, or a ticket home.

Saves live on your device. There is no account. If you delete the app, the wagon is gone.

The iOS and Android apps may show ads on the pad, at Star-Mart, and in How / Skins. Pad Patron is a rewarded ad you choose. The trail, the toys, and the graves do not carry banners. Ad networks (AdMob) have their own terms.

On iOS, Apple’s standard EULA also applies unless a custom agreement is attached in App Store Connect. Play Billing / Play’s terms apply on Android.

The game is provided as-is. Crews die. Boosters miss. That is the point, not a warranty.
